Operations Coordinator
As part of our fintech client’s rapid expansion across Europe, we are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily support for their Bitcoin ATM network in Poland. This position is crucial to ensuring operational efficiency, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality user experience.

Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate ATM installations and maintenance across Poland.
- Liaise with vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
- Provide digital customer support (email, chat, remote tools).
- Monitor SLAs and manage troubleshooting processes.
- Deliver performance reports and improve workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, logistics, or field services.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and ticketing systems.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Nice to have:
- Background in fintech, ATM tech or startups.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or project management platforms.
