OTC Specialist with German (f/m/d) – new ssc

For our Client – a global, international organization currently developing a new Shared Services Center in Łódź – we are looking for an OTC Specialist with German.

This is a strong opportunity for professionals who want to develop within Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable, work in an international environment and contribute to shaping processes in a newly established SSC structure.

Your responsibilities

Managing Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash processes for international markets
Monitoring customer invoices, incoming payments and open items
Processing and allocating incoming payments
Performing cash application and customer account reconciliations
Monitoring current and overdue receivables
Supporting collection activities and following up on outstanding payments
Investigating payment differences, unidentified payments and discrepancies
Cooperating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting and other Finance teams
Supporting month-end closing activities
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and control requirements
Participating in process standardization, improvement and development initiatives
Supporting the transition, stabilization and further development of O2C processes within the new SSC in Łódź

Our requirements

Previous experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections or a related finance area
Good understanding of AR processes and basic accounting principles
German at B2/C1 level
English at minimum B2 level
Experience in an international environment or SSC/BPO will be an advantage
Experience working with an ERP system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
