Procurement Specialist with French
For our client, we are currently looking for both Junior and Specialist candidates for the position of Procurement Specialist with French.

Responsibilities:

Handle procurement processes for the French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg).

Create and verify purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP / Ariba / Coupa).

Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders via email and phone.

Review and negotiate offer conditions (pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms).

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Cooperate with other departments (Finance, Logistics, IT, HR) to secure smooth order processing.

Resolve day-to-day issues (e.g. missing data in orders, delivery delays, complaints).

Prepare reports and analyze procurement data.
Requirements:

Experience in Sourcing & Procurement.

Very good knowledge of French (minimum B2, C1 preferred).

Good knowledge of English (minimum B1/B2).
-
Previous experience in procurement, administration, customer service, or SSC/BPO environment is an advantage.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Coupa / Ariba / Oracle) will be an asset.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
