Regional Sales Representative
We are recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of our fintech client entering the Polish market. This is a unique opportunity to lead their commercial presence in Poland, build retail partnerships, and shape the local expansion strategy from scratch.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced B2B sales professional who’s great at relationship-building and excited by the idea of growing something new.

Your responsibilities:
- Secure premium retail and franchise locations for fintech products.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and partner support.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, including site visits and audits.
- Represent the brand locally and educate partners about its offerings.
- Work closely with HQ teams in sales, operations, and finance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site acquisition and market expansion.
- 3+ years of B2B sales and account management experience (ideally in retail, fintech, or real estate).
- Independent and hands-on with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluent Polish and good command of English.
- Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Nice to have:
- Experience launching or scaling products/services in Poland.
- Familiarity with convenience, retail, or franchise networks.
- Awareness of financial services and crypto compliance regulations.
