Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Build long-term cooperation with distributors, construction warehouses, and wholesale partners.
- Promote and sell a portfolio of building materials (e.g., paints, adhesives, insulation materials such as mineral wool and styrofoam, construction chemicals).
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade events, and industry exhibitions.
- Report on sales activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the building materials industry (for exampe paints, adhesives, insulation, construction chemicals, etc.).
- Strong track record of working with distributors, construction depots, and wholesalers.
- Excellent command of French (C1/C2 level).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cooperation with the headquarters.
