Senior SAP Consultant (HR Processes)

Our client, a rapidly evolving GBS organization, is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant (HR) who will lead the rollout, implementation, and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP specialist who thrives in transformational environments and wants to take a central role in shaping a modern, integrated HR technology landscape.
 
As a key expert within the global HR IT team, you will drive SuccessFactors deployment, coordinate cross-system integrations, and ensure that HR solutions are delivered in alignment with business needs and global architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, rollout, and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across the global organization.
  • Act as the primary expert for SuccessFactors and HR modules in S/4HANA, advising stakeholders on best practices, configuration options, and system capabilities.
  • Manage end-to-end project cycles: requirement gathering, process design, solution specification, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical system designs; collaborate closely with external implementation partners and service providers.
  • Coordinate integrations between SuccessFactors and surrounding HR systems such as Payroll, Travel & Expenses, time tracking or workforce management tools.
  • Ensure that system solutions adhere to global architectural principles, data governance rules, and change management frameworks.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and continuously identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
  • Track and report on SuccessFactors performance metrics, KPIs, and system health indicators.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR IT or SAP Consulting, preferably in large international organizations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on configuration and end-to-end project rollout experience.
  • Experience with HR modules in S/4HANA/SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of HR data structures and workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead implementation projects and manage collaboration with external partners.
  • Deep understanding of core HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, Compensation, Talent, etc.).
  • Knowledge of integration frameworks and experience working with third-party systems such as Payroll or Travel & Expense solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex, global environments.
