Customer Service Specialist with German F/M/D
For our Client we are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Specialist with German to join our growing international team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service quality and supporting smooth order management processes.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and process customer orders, delivery schedules, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Support issue resolution and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while building strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or client-facing role will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle systems will be considered an advantage.
