Distribution Account Manager Hardware
Our client is a leading global hardware manufacturer, widely recognized for innovation across consumer electronics and high-performance gaming products. To accelerate their growth in Poland, we are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to take ownership of a strategic product category and strengthen relationships with distribution partners.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage stock flow (sell-in) and re-sell activities (sell-out) within assigned distribution accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leading distributors and retail networks in Poland.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams on long-term planning.
- Translate sales and market data into effective strategies for category development.
- Ensure efficient use of marketing budgets, tracking impact and ROI.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales/account management experience in a multinational environment.
- Solid background in consumer electronics or IT hardware; proven record of cooperation with distribution partners and retail channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in category development in the Polish market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and resilience under pressure.
- Fluent Polish and good command of English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
