Financial Controller – Real Estate (F/M/D)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare regular management reports and financial analyses for the Management Board and CFO.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Monitor investment budget execution and analyze variances.
- Conduct profitability analyses of development projects.
- Monitor and control project-related costs as well as operating expenses.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze project cash flows.
- Cooperate closely with Accounting, Sales and Investment teams, as well as external financing institutions.
- Support the preparation of materials and reports for financial institutions, auditors and investors.
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting and controlling processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis or audit.
- Previous experience within the real estate, property development or construction sector.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Very good command of English (must-have).
- High level of independence, accuracy and a proactive mindset.
