GL Team Leader (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of accountants responsible for accounting processes in Poland,
• Coordinate and prioritize daily business requirements related to accounting operations,
• Monitor team performance and relevant KPIs,
• Support, motivate, and develop team members,
• Ensure high quality of service and maintain strong customer relationships,
• Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities,
• Participate in projects and process optimization initiatives,
• Cooperate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance & accounting and team management (preferably in SSC),
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting standards and local compliance,
• Experience in one of the accounting processes: ATR or OTC/CM,
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent,
• Very good command of English,
• Good knowledge of SAP or other accounting systems,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment,
