HR Administrator with German (k/m/inni)
We are currently looking for an HR Administrator with German to join an international HR team supporting employees based mainly in Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle processes, with a strong focus on HR documentation and administrative activities. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and cooperate closely with employees, managers, and internal HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle
- Preparing and maintaining employee documentation and HR records
- Supporting onboarding, contract administration, and employee data updates
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of HR documentation in line with internal procedures and local regulations
- Maintaining employee data in SAP and Worday
- Supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries
- Cooperating with internal stakeholders across different departments
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar HR support role
- Very good command of German (B2+)
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Experience working with SAP or another HR system
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
