For our client – a growing IT Hub of a German technology company located in Warsaw – we are currently looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of:
Modern Workplace Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists managing and evolving the Microsoft 365-based digital workplace,
- Plan and oversee the execution of service delivery processes in the Modern Work area,
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and execute the Modern Work strategy,
- Monitor compliance with SLA, KPIs, and ITIL standards,
- Drive optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives across services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT team leadership or a senior technical role within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem,
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and Power Platform,
- Hands-on experience in endpoint management – Windows,
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience with SLA/KPI tracking,
- Fluent in English (German is a plus),
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic service development skills.
