Recruiter with French – Relocation Bonus! (f/m/d)

Your key responsibilities will include:
- managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions,
- cooperating closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders,
- proactively sourcing and approaching candidates through different recruitment channels,
- reviewing applications and conducting screening and competency-based interviews,
- assessing candidates’ experience, skills, motivation, and cultural fit,
- recommending the most suitable candidates to the business,
- preparing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to specific vacancies,
- negotiating employment conditions and supporting candidates throughout the offer process,
- building talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs,
- ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process,
- monitoring the labour market and sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders,
- managing several recruitment projects simultaneously and delivering them within agreed timelines.
We are looking for a person who:
- speaks French fluently at C1–C2 level,
- communicates confidently in English at a minimum B2 level,
- has at least one to two years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, gained within an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency,
- has experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates,
- is confident in active candidate sourcing and direct search,
- can independently manage multiple recruitment processes and set priorities,
- has strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,
- is proactive, well organised, and focused on delivering results.
