SAP Finance Project Specialist (F/M/D)(remote)
Our client is an international organization undergoing finance and systems transformation across multiple European markets.
The team operates in a lean, project-based setup, focusing on process improvements, data quality, and supporting implementation of new system solutions in a structured environment.
This position is part of a finance transformation project and focuses on operational and administrative support of project activities.
You’ll work closely with the core project team, supporting coordination, data handling, and communication across different markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with SAP experience who wants to gain exposure to international projects without stepping into a fully senior role.

Responsibilities
- Project & Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day coordination of project activities
- Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, and key actions
- Prepare materials, summaries, and documentation
- Data & Process Support
- Work with financial data (validation, preparation, consistency checks)
- Support data transfers and ensure accuracy across systems
- Assist in maintaining process documentation
- Coordinate communication between central team and local stakeholders
- Support meetings (scheduling, agenda, follow-ups)
- Prepare status updates and reports
- Work in SAP environment (finance-related processes)
- Use project tools to track activities
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in finance / accounting / project support / SSC/BPO
- Practical experience with SAP (FI or related modules)
- Good understanding of finance processes (AP / AR / GL)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
Nice to have:
- First experience in project / transformation environments
- Exposure to ERP implementations or system changes
