Senior Accountant (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely closing,
- Reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts,
- Review journal entries and supervise fixed assets accounting,
- Prepare VAT, VAT-UE, Intrastat, CIT calculations and statutory reports,
- Support statutory financial statements, audits and tax inspections,
- Monitor Polish GAAP and IFRS differences,
- Prepare financial analyses and management reports,
- Support budgeting, forecasting and internal controls,
- Identify and implement process improvements,
- Cooperate with finance teams across the EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior or independent accounting role,
- Strong knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations,
- Knowledge of VAT, CIT, general ledger and fixed assets,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
