Accounts Payable Team Leader (F/M/D)
As an AP Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily work of the team, supporting team members in their development and ensuring that operational goals are met.

Your main tasks will include:
- leading and developing a team of Accounts Payable specialists,
- assigning tasks, setting priorities and ensuring efficient workload distribution,
- overseeing day-to-day AP operations and making sure processes are delivered on time and in line with internal standards,
- monitoring team performance and supporting the achievement of agreed KPIs and SLAs,
- reviewing process quality and identifying areas for improvement,
- supporting the implementation of process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives,
- acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and business partners,
- building strong cooperation with local finance teams and other departments,
- resolving escalations and supporting the team in more complex cases,
- preparing regular reports and providing operational updates to management,
- ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting procedures and internal controls,
- supporting onboarding, knowledge sharing and continuous development within the team.
We expect:
- several years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable or P2P processes,
- previous experience in leading or coordinating a team, ideally for a minimum of 1–2 years,
- practical knowledge of AP/P2P processes, including invoice processing, payments, vendor queries and month-end activities,
- experience gained in an SSC, BPO or international finance environment,
- good understanding of process controls, KPIs and service delivery standards,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- very good command of English,
- experience with SAP or another ERP system,
- analytical mindset and ability to solve problems independently,
- good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
