Compensation Specialist (EMEA) (F/M/D) We are looking for a Compensation Specialist (F/M/D) to join an international organization and support compensation and HR analytics activities across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating with HR teams, and contributing to compensation-related processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation and reward projects across the EMEA region.
- Participation in pay equity and pay transparency analyses.
- Monitor compliance of compensation processes with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with HR teams on salary review cycles, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Prepare market analyses, salary benchmarks, and compensation recommendations.
- Participation in salary surveys and support in maintaining salary structures.
- Support activities related to employee relations and local labor regulations.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple EMEA countries.
Profile
- Several years of experience in Compensation, Reward, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), or HR Analytics.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Good understanding of compensation practices, salary benchmarking, and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
