Controller / Senior Controller (M/F)
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Controller to join an international finance organization and support a wide range of controlling, reporting and business partnering activities.
The position combines financial analysis, cost management, reporting and cooperation with stakeholders across different functions and locations. It offers strong international exposure and the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day finance operations and broader improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly financial results, including validation of data, investigation of deviations and preparation of relevant commentary.
- Monitor and analyse cost performance, with particular focus on centrally managed and technology-related expenses.
- Coordinate and review intercompany cost allocations and internal charging processes, ensuring that costs are correctly distributed across relevant business entities.
- Prepare regular financial analyses and management reports, including comparisons of actual results against budget and forecast.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans in cooperation with relevant business stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of financial information provided by supported departments.
- Support the financial monitoring and settlement of projects, including review of appropriate accounting and financial treatment.
- Act as a finance partner for stakeholders outside of the finance function, helping them understand cost structures, financial performance and key business drivers.
- Prepare financial information, presentations and analyses for management and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and standardize controlling and reporting processes.
- Participate in international finance initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Cooperate with finance teams and business partners across different countries and organizational levels.
We expect:
- At least 3 years of professional experience gained within controlling, financial analysis, audit or accounting.
- Practical experience with SAP FI/CO.
- Very good command of English, allowing comfortable cooperation in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with IFRS would be beneficial
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify trends, discrepancies and underlying business drivers.
- Ability to work with large amounts of financial data and translate them into clear business conclusions.
