Customer Service Specialist with Dutch
For one of our clients, global company providing end-to-end security and compliance solutions to businesses throughout the world which has clients in more than 100 countries we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with Dutch.

Responsibilities:

Provide Security and/or Compliance support via multiple customer engagement channels,

Respond to all customer service requirements,

Ensure complex customer service,

Provide general information,
-
Solve everyday problems of customers.
Expectations:
-
Great level of English and Dutch (minimum B2/C1),

Excellent communication skills,
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task,
-
Excellent computing skills,
-
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,
-
Previous experience in customer service is a plus,
-
Interest in Cyber Security and IT fields is a plus.
