This is a hands-on role combining finance, order administration, and general office administration in a lean organization.
Main responsibilities
- Cooperation with external accounting office (VAT, reconciliations, reporting)
- Day-to-day financial administration (AP/AR, invoice handling)
- General administration and support to local operations
- Customer and supplier contact regarding invoices and payments
- Order entry and order administration in ERP (Business Central)
- Basic HR administration in cooperation with external partners
- Close cooperation with colleagues in Poland and Sweden
- English is used in daily work
- Taking overall responsibility for developing administration processes
Main requirements
- Practical experience in finance and administration processes from small or mid-sized companies
- Strong administrative and financial skills
- Person who is comfortable in a broad and flexible role
- Polish and fluent English as a must
- Strong computer skills, ERP experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, self-driven approach, comfortable with numbers and financial data
- Proactive, solution oriented and willingness to learn
