GL Accountant (M/F)
We are currently looking for a GL Accountant to join an international organization and support its General Ledger accounting processes.

Your responsibilities:
- Performing day-to-day General Ledger accounting activities
- Participating in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
- Preparing and posting journal entries, accruals and provisions
- Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Supporting fixed assets accounting and intercompany reconciliations
- Reviewing and analysing General Ledger accounts
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting data
- Cooperating with other finance teams and internal stakeholders
- Supporting audits and providing required documentation
- Participating in process improvements and optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in General Ledger
- Good understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing processes
- Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- English at a minimum B2 level, allowing effective communication in an international environment
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop within the accounting area
