New Business Development Manager Influencer Marketing
We’re a headhunting partner working with a fast-growing, independent influencer marketing agency that blends strategic consulting with in-house creative production. Their clients are primarily beauty, fashion, and FMCG brands. We’re helping them find a sharp, commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive new revenue and nurture key relationships.

The impact you’ll make
- Identify and win new clients aligned with the agency’s profile and capabilities.
- Lead consultative sales conversations rooted in client needs and business outcomes.
- Position the agency’s value proposition with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
- Co-create the sales playbook and go-to-market motion.
- Spot new service opportunities and upsell paths with prospective and existing clients.
- Track market shifts, competitors, and creator-economy trends to evolve the offer.
- Build long-term relationships with brand and partner stakeholders.
- Support contracting and coordination (incl. legal and paperwork).
- Maintain formal/business communications and cadence with clients.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.
- Join selected project stages to strengthen client relationships and comms.
What you bring
- 5+ years selling marketing/advertising/media services, with a track record of hitting targets. Extra points for experience at influencer marketing agencies, Media agencies, Publisher ad sales, selling creative, media, or digital services.
- Confidence engaging enterprise/corporate clients—advisory first, sales second.
- Strong discovery skills—smart questions, active listening, clear synthesis.
- Solid grasp of influencer marketing, media, and content and their commercial value.
- Ease navigating agency–corporate environments and stakeholder decision paths.
- Executive presence and the ability to lead strategic conversations.
- Polish – C2 and English B2+ (many clients are international).
- Goal-driven mindset and experience delivering budgets.
- High ownership and initiative; collaborative by default.
- Comfort in a small, non-hierarchical setup.
