Quality Coordinator

Job desciptions:

• Define and maintain Quality procedures and processes,
• Support in effective and efficient implementation of defined process,
• Evaluate process compliance against the defined standards,
• Drive effective implementation of improvement actions,
• Evaluate project release readiness from quality perspective,
• Analyze and report project quality status to the relevant stakeholders,
• Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measure,
• Participate and lead internal and external quality audits,
• Identify and if needed escalate project risks to the appropriate levels of Management,
• Provide feedback for process improvement,
• Customer contact point for Quality topics.

Required competences and qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical engineering or another relevant field,
• Excellent communication and moderation skills. Ability to instruct, coach, and inspire others,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• General knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools,
• Good knowledge in Quality methodology (8D reports, Root-cause analysis, Control charts),
• Good knowledge in IATF 16949,
• Previous experience within Automotive Industry is an advantage,
• Fluent written and verbal English is a must, German is considered as advantage,
• Internal auditor qualification – considered a plus,
• Motivated, loyal, disciplined,
• Ready to support and to work in a team,
• A willingness to learn and develop knowledge about Quality Systems and Process improvement methods, including knowledge of IATF 16949,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
