HRK Engineering & Manufacturing represents a manufacturing company for which we are currently looking for an experienced Quality professional with a strong background in process optimization, customer complaint management, and improving cross-functional collaboration.
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager EMEA who will take responsibility for quality management, continuous improvement, and the development of quality standards across the organization. The role combines team leadership, quality system management, customer collaboration, and close cooperation with production, process, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Quality team, ensuring clear objectives, effective performance, and continuous capability development.
- Manage and supervise the site’s quality documentation and ensure its compliance with internal standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Report Quality Department performance, progress, key risks, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Continuously develop and improve the Quality Management System to meet customer requirements and ensure consistently high product quality.
- Ensure quality readiness for external, customer, and certification audits and actively participate in audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Implement and execute the quality strategy and adapt quality concepts during projects when required.
- Analyze process effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs, identify deviations and trends, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
- Cooperate closely with Process Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers regarding quality-related topics and oversee the handling of customer complaints.
- Analyze quality parameters, investigate root causes, and prepare corrective action reports.
- Support the introduction and industrialization of new products from a quality perspective.
- Monitor and verify the quality of incoming materials and supplier deliveries.
- Ensure appropriate quality documentation and issue quality certificates for finished products delivered to customers.
- Train, coach, and develop employees in quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits and support the implementation of resulting corrective actions.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar quality management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cable manufacturing, automotive, or electronics industry.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a Quality team.
- Strong practical knowledge of quality management systems, procedures, tools, and methodologies.
- Very good command of English, enabling effective cooperation with international headquarters and other company locations.
- Quality management certifications and relevant professional training will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate quality data into effective corrective and improvement actions.
- Results-oriented mindset combined with a strong focus on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to cooperate effectively across functions and communicate with both internal stakeholders and customers.
