RTR Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Managing, mentoring, supporting, overseeing, and performance-managing a team
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the system
- Guaranteeing the proper allocation of costs to business units, including calculating and posting accruals
- Overseeing daily RTR operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Overseeing the posting of cashbook entries and investigating unidentified items
- Preparing and resolving discrepancies in month-end reconciliations
- Analyzing cost and balance sheet data to support business units
- Monitoring KPIs to assess the team's performance
- Preparing, updating, and reviewing operating procedure documentation
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
Our requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
- Proven experience in the Record to Report process
- University degree in accounting or finance
- Practical knowledge of English on at least C1 level
- Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
- Practical knowledge of Ms. Office
