Sales & Marketing Manager – Wheel Loaders (F/M/D)
For our Client – one of the world's leading construction machinery manufacturers – we are looking for an experienced professional to drive the development of the Bulgarian market for wheel loaders. This role combines business development, sales, channel management, and marketing activities, offering the opportunity to play a key role in expanding presence across Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the market share, sales volume, and revenue of wheel loaders in Bulgaria.
- Build, develop, and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and sales partners across the Bulgarian market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including construction contractors, mining companies, and equipment rental businesses.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare offers and tenders, and manage the complete sales process from first customer contact through order fulfillment.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and support product positioning strategies.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer visits, product demonstrations, and other marketing activities promoting the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in international sales within the construction machinery, heavy equipment, commercial vehicle industry – especially wheel loaders, backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders.
- Good understanding of international trade practices, customs procedures, and overseas business operations.
- Knowledge of wheel loaders or similar construction equipment, including their applications and customer needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bulgaria and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven business environment.
