(Senior) Pitch & Marketing Coordinator – German & English (m/f/d)

Company and role description:

For an international professional services organisation, we are looking for a Pitch & Marketing Coordinator with German and English.

This is not a sales role. You will support an international team in preparing pitches, presentations and marketing materials for clients, as well as coordinating information needed for various client and marketing projects.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience in marketing, business support, proposals or a similar area and would like to develop further in an international environment.

Daily tasks:

Supporting the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations and client materials.
Researching and collecting information needed for proposals and presentations.
Preparing and updating marketing materials, templates and internal content.
Supporting the coordination of client events and other marketing initiatives.
Preparing materials and information for client meetings.
Supporting internal communication activities.
Updating client and project-related information in internal systems.
Cooperating with colleagues and stakeholders across different international teams.

We expect:

Previous experience in marketing, proposals, pitches or business development support, ideally gained within a professional services, consulting, advisory or similarly complex international environment.
Fluent German and English, including excellent written communication skills.
Experience preparing professional presentations, proposals, marketing materials or other client-facing content.
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and strong editing and/or proofreading skills.
Ability to research, structure and present complex information in a clear and professional way.
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
