Supply Chain & Order Management Coordinator/Manager
Our Client is a well-established European manufacturer and distributor of parts for commercial vehicles, currently looking for a Supply Chain & Order Management Coordinator to join their team. The company has been present in Poland for many years, employing nearly 20 people and working with suppliers and B2B customers across several Central and Western European countries.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full order management process on both the supplier and customer side, while also supporting the planning and control of product flow across the supply chain. This position combines hands-on operational responsibility with a broader, end-to-end process perspective. It is essential that you speak fluently both English and French.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the full order cycle, including placing orders with suppliers, entering orders into the system, and ensuring accurate processing.

Handle customer orders, including order intake, confirmation, and day-to-day communication.

Coordinate the flow of information between customers, suppliers, and internal teams such as Sales, Production, and Logistics.

Monitor order status and proactively respond to delays, issues, or discrepancies.

Support delivery planning and monitor product availability.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize day-to-day operations.

Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers.

Option to take on a managerial role within the supported area over the next 6–12 months.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within supply chain, order management, logistics, or customer service, in a technical company.

Experience working in an international business environment.

Ability to read and understand technical information and drawings.

Very good command of English and French (minimum C1).

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.

Ability to work effectively under time pressure.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Motivation and readiness to grow further into a fully managerial role.
