Workplace Service Expert

Tasks:
- Provide 2nd level support for Windows devices, mobile hardware, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cooperation with internal and external teams.
- Analyze recurring problems and implement sustainable, root cause–based solutions.
- Support software rollouts, system updates, and workplace configuration (e.g. Intune, MECM).
- Guide users through technical changes and ensure adoption of new tools.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to service quality improvements.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in IT support or workplace services.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, SCCM).
- Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g. PowerShell) is a plus.
- Understanding of IT service processes (ITIL or similar).
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and German.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, ITIL) are beneficial but not mandatory.
