Managing Partner at HRK S.A., responsible for recruitment services, Executive Search, and the company’s marketing activities. He has been with HRK since 2005. He represents the company within Kestria, an international alliance of Executive Search firms, where he serves as EMEA Practice Leader Financial Services and Banking.
He has extensive managerial experience gained, among others, at Zurich Insurance Company, Credit Suisse Insurance Company, Zepter International, and AXA Assistance.
He holds a degree in Finance and Banking, as well as an MBA certificate from Polish Open University – Oxford Brookes University. In 2025, he completed the University of California, Berkeley Executive Education programme “Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications.” He is currently further developing his expertise in AI project management through the postgraduate Business.AI programme at Kozminski University.
