Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel arrangements
- Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, and business events
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business correspondence
- Coordinating communication between regional offices and key stakeholders
- Monitoring priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure effective execution
- Supporting various business projects and strategic initiatives
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative support role
- Fluent English (C1/C2) – essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional approach and strong interpersonal skills
