Head of Telecom Investment & Service Delivery (F/M/D)
Our client is a leading company focused on the development of telecommunications and ICT infrastructure and the delivery of advanced services to business clients in Poland. Due to ongoing growth, acquisition and modernization projects, the company is looking for an experienced and effective leader to take responsibility for investment projects, service delivery and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure investment projects, including site acquisition, permits, design, construction and technical acceptance.

Oversee acquisition processes related to telecom infrastructure and tower assets, including technical due diligence, negotiations and integration of acquired assets.

Ensure timely delivery of projects and services in line with agreed SLA parameters.

Support sales teams from a technical perspective during customer acquisition and service implementation.

Manage service delivery for B2B clients, focusing on quality, efficiency and time-to-market.

Lead and develop project, technical and site acquisition teams.

Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, project settlements and reporting to the Management Board.

Select, negotiate with and supervise subcontractors responsible for construction and installation works.

Implement process improvements and tools to shorten investment cycles and improve delivery performance.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of managerial or director-level experience in the telecommunications industry.

Proven track record in delivering large-scale telecom infrastructure or customer-facing projects.

Experience with projects related to telecom towers, data centers, FTTH, 5G, microwave links or complex ICT services.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing distributed technical/project teams.

Solid understanding of investment processes, including ROI analysis, budgeting, execution and technical acceptance.

Knowledge of construction law and telecommunications regulations.

Higher education degree, preferably in telecommunications, electronics, IT, engineering, economics or management.

Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of English (min. B2).

Readiness to travel across Poland when required.
