Head of Telecom Investment & Service Delivery (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure investment projects, including site acquisition, permits, design, construction and technical acceptance.

• Oversee acquisition processes related to telecom infrastructure and tower assets, including technical due diligence, negotiations and integration of acquired assets.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects and services in line with agreed SLA parameters.

• Support sales teams from a technical perspective during customer acquisition and service implementation.

• Manage service delivery for B2B clients, focusing on quality, efficiency and time-to-market.

• Lead and develop project, technical and site acquisition teams.

• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, project settlements and reporting to the Management Board.

• Select, negotiate with and supervise subcontractors responsible for construction and installation works.

• Implement process improvements and tools to shorten investment cycles and improve delivery performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial or director-level experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale telecom infrastructure or customer-facing projects.

• Experience with projects related to telecom towers, data centers, FTTH, 5G, microwave links or complex ICT services.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing distributed technical/project teams.

• Solid understanding of investment processes, including ROI analysis, budgeting, execution and technical acceptance.

• Knowledge of construction law and telecommunications regulations.

• Higher education degree, preferably in telecommunications, electronics, IT, engineering, economics or management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English (min. B2).

• Readiness to travel across Poland when required.
